Located near Wester Park, Studio Modijefsky was tasked with designing a unique corner apartment. This 45m² space, converted from a small office, is set to become a cozy studio. Embracing the light streaming through stained glass windows on two sides, the design challenge centered around making the most of the limited space. Opening up the area created opportunities for a new layout and flow in this corner studio. Smart space-saving solutions evolved into a cohesive design language, encompassing everything needed for comfortable living and creating a place to call home.
